Email submission option If your files exceed the upload limits or you prefer email, send files and project details to: files@queeniesprintshop.com

• Email subject line format: [UPLOAD] Project Name — Your Name

• Include in the email body: name, phone number, product type, quantity, finished size, deadline, special instructions, and whether you need a proof.

• For very large files, use a file-sharing link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer) and grant access, then paste the link into the email.

What happens next

• You will receive an automated confirmation within 1 hour of submission.

• A production specialist from Queenies (Hess Garage, Ulysses, PA) will contact you within one business day to confirm artwork, discuss any needed changes, and provide a price and production timeline.

• Production begins after approval of final proof and payment arrangement.

Design checklist (quick)

• Vector artwork preferred for logos and large formats

• Convert text to outlines or embed fonts

• Include bleed when artwork runs to the edge

• Supply crop marks for print files

• Supply separate layers for spot-color or special instructions when applicable

Notes for your web developer

• Use a secure upload handler with virus scanning

• Limit total upload size per submission (e.g., 200 MB) with option to email or paste file-share link

• Store submissions in a secure folder with automatic confirmation email to submitter

• Include required GDPR/CCPA data handling statement if serving customers outside of Pennsylvania
